It is not an autonomous application. The theme requires Kustom Live Wallpaper PRO (not the free version of KLWP).
+ A KLWP compatible launcher (I recommend the New Launcher launcher)
+ Open your KLWP PRO application, choose the menu icon at the top left, and click Load Preset.
+ Hide the status bar.
+ Delete the page indicator.
