VAG DPF shows you the most important data related to the DPF particulate filter and its regeneration phases using a Bluetooth / WIFI ELM327 adapter. With this app you can find out if the filter is actually being regenerated, if a regeneration is waiting to be completed, how many km have you traveled since the last regeneration, etc. This application does not use standard OBD2 commands like almost all other applications, it directly uses CAN commands specific to the car model and that is why it does not work with every car; due to the use of CAN commands, the application needs at least one decent ELM327 adapter (see note below); some users report that the application works correctly with an adapter from 10 to 15 euros.
