The Twilight app allows your device’s screen to adjust to the time of day. It filters the stream of blue light emitted by your phone or tablet after sunset and protects your eyes with a soft and pleasant red filter. The intensity of the filter adapts smoothly to the solar cycle according to the local time of sunset and sunrise.
