Open the translucent substrate again and go to the Manager section and select all layers and enable them.
Return to Translucent Substratum and choose Oreo Stock in the top drop-down section of the theme and create and activate all other application overlays DO NOT TOUCH the Android system or Systemui overlays at all !!! If you do, bootloop!
