Make sure your system supports the use of a bedrock theme. Download the bedrock theme engine app and theme, open the bedrock app and you will find the theme inside. Open it and select your Android version from the menu at the top. Wait until all the overlays are installed and then restart.
When you’ve replaced the Play Store theme, you reinstall the overlays the same way you installed them. Do not forget to restart after updating the overlays.
