Personal health record or PHR is an application to save personal information and medical documents on your mobile. Each of us has so many documents of all shapes and sizes like leaflets, medical records, hospital bills, insurance papers, doctor’s visit notes and more. Keeping these documents in one place and keeping them is a tedious task and it is not possible to transport them. We are in the digital age, but very often we will end up having hard copies of these documents. This application is designed to fill this gap using smart phones.
