One UI Makeup is a Substratum / Synergy theme that is intended for Samsung devices running OneUI by 100% of mods and 40% support for all Aosp. The main target of the theme is to rethink and beautify certain elements of the applications to match the general style. of One UI, it is for a more convenient one*hand use on the whole user interface because there are applications/elements which are not designed in the One UI style which is mainly designed for a use of a flatter and rounder hand and easier.
