This icon pack needs a custom launcher to apply. Pixel Launcher, Google Now Launcher and any other launcher that is pre-installed on the device does not support the Icon Pack (except for ZenUI Asus, LG Home, Home Xperia).
For full control of the size of the icons, you have to go to the settings LAUNCHER / CUT CUT and the “normalize ICONS” … Action needed on NOVA LAUNCHER (and any other launcher that offer this function) as icons already standardized and do not require this option; Otherwise, you could end up with a lot more than the small size of the icons!
