Headspace was developed under the supervision of psychotherapy experts. Its goal is to enthusiastically educate users to clear their minds and help them get better and feel more comfortable in life. All the instructions are divided into many different categories, and they are categorized according to their effectiveness for a certain type of user. Of course, before entering each category, the app will explain to users in great detail how to use the guides effectively and feel the most comfortable no matter how difficult life is. When the user chooses one of the instructions of the application, it provides useful information and a rating system allows the user to respond to its effectiveness.
