With comprehensive video instructions and workouts that accompany each activity, you can work out at the gym or in the comfort of your own home when it’s most convenient for you. Now that you have Fitvate, you can exercise from the comfort of your own home, which serves as your gym. Many different types of workouts can be done from the comfort of your own home and don’t require any specialized equipment. Home workouts, stretching, and warm-ups are all part of the program we’ve designed for fitness trainers.
