Aviation reliable and simple weather app for pilots and aerospace enthusiasts. The METAR-Reader decodes and presents the current METARs of more than 9500 airports worldwide. No more no less. A simple color coding allows quick classification into VFR or IFR Conditions – optionally even by NATO Color State. In addition, weather forecasts are retrieved and TAFs clearly displayed in a decoded form.
Track components are side wind calculated automatically according to the METAR. A widget that can be configured to display either METAR decoded or raw METAR / TAF is also available.
