DS Altimeter is an altitude meter, an altitude recorder and an altitude mapper. In addition to displaying and possibly tracking your altitude, the application also allows you to search for the altitude for other locations. Devices equipped with a barometric sensor can also obtain a pressure altitude which is converted into an elevation above sea level. For the most accurate readings, calibrate the pressure altitude. Obtain the actual altitude values surveying for your location from the United States Geologic Survey * available to customers in the contiguous United States, southern Canada, and Mexico.
